Terms and Conditions
Enrollment Fee
A nonrefundable annual enrollment fee of $25 per family is required to establish and maintain transportation services. The enrollment fee must be paid prior to the start of services and is due at the beginning of each service year.
Payment Terms
Payment for transportation services must be submitted no later than the first Monday of each month. Parents/guardians will only be charged for transportation days that have been confirmed and scheduled in advance. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in suspension of transportation services until the account is brought current.
Trip Changes & Cancellations
Parents/guardians must cancel or request changes to a confirmed trip at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are considered late cancellations. Late cancellations are nonrefundable and may be charged at the full trip price.
No-Show Policy
If a student is not present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled pickup time, the trip will be considered a no-show. No-show trips are nonrefundable and will be charged at the full trip rate. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension or termination of services.
Waiting Time Policy
Drivers will wait up to ten (10) minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time. Waiting time exceeding five minutes may be charged at $2.00 per additional 10-minute interval. The company reserves the right to depart if continued waiting would disrupt safety, scheduling requirements, or other confirmed trips.
Mileage & Fare Policy
Base fares include: Up to 7 miles one way; Up to 14 miles round trip. Any distance exceeding the base mileage allowance will be charged at a rate of $1.25 per additional mile. Additional mileage charges will be added to the monthly invoice.
Drop-In Service
Students who are not enrolled in the transportation program, may request last minute service at a rate of $55 per trip. Requests must be made at least two hours in advance and are subject to availability. Currently enrolled students may request last minute service at an additional $15 plus their current base rate per trip.
